The hotel offers spacious rooms that are quiet and clean, with a fantastic central location for exploring Chongqing. The staff were exceptionally nice and provided a free room upgrade, enhancing our experience beautifully.

The gym comes with some limitations. the bench press requires a gym expert, which adds an unnecessary hassle for those wanting a simple workout. The bathroom lacks proper privacy features, with doors that don't lock properly, making it awkward for shared use. Housekeeping was somewhat persistent in checking on room service despite a do-not-disturb sign, and the limited furniture included only one chair, making it tough for two people to eat in the room comfortably.

The location made exploring Chongqing incredibly easy. Walking distance to Liberation Square and lots of restaurants nearby. My room in the Deluxe King Room felt spacious and had excellent soundproofing. The staff stood out, especially the friendly team at breakfast who served incredible Chongqing noodles. Daily housekeeping was prompt, and I appreciated the clean, well-maintained facilities. The breakfast selection impressed, though organizing the buffet better would enhance the experience. A minor inconvenience was the air conditioning. it could have been more effective in keeping the room comfortable. Also, having a clearer toilet setup in the bathroom would be beneficial. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded my expectations despite small areas for improvement.

Family with children, a great getaway

We had a lovely time during our stay, the high-speed elevators blew my mind, never experienced anything like it. Breakfast was great, with so many options I felt like a king every morning.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but, to be honest, it was worth every penny.

The breakfast selection impressed, particularly the fresh Chongqing noodles which were delicious and a highlight of my mornings.

The bathroom layout could use some improvement for privacy, as it lacks a separate partition for the toilet, which can be awkward for couples.

The staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile for us. We loved the view from our high floor, especially at night when the skyline was all lit up! The breakfast noodles were a highlight! Just wish the elevators were a bit faster, they felt kinda slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located near attractions like Liberation Monument and Hong Ya Dong, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast selection was impressive, providing a great start to the day. Staff members were exceptionally professional and accommodating, enhancing the overall experience.

The staff were exceptional, particularly the Duty Manager who went out of her way to assist us with our plans. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay overall. The city view from our room was stunning and added to our experience.
